Most Peninsula homes look their best on a quarterly schedule. Homes near Highway 101 or with mature oaks nearby benefit from every-other-month service. Coastal-facing homes (Woodside, Portola Valley) usually do well twice a year.
Only if we're cleaning the interior. For exterior-only service we just need access to the side gates. We'll send a text when we arrive and another when we're done.
Standard cleans don't include stain removal, but we offer a hard-water restoration add-on starting at $6 per affected pane. We'll always quote this before treating.
Yes — $1M general liability coverage. Window cleaning itself doesn't require a contractor's license under California law, but we maintain a Menlo Park business license and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your HOA or property manager on request.
Light rain actually helps the rinse. If we're expecting heavy rain or wind, we'll call to reschedule. Common myth: rain doesn't make clean windows spotty — only dirty windows do that.
